Roles & Responsibility: • Finalization and review of financial statements and reports. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Audit, and ROC filings. • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. • Prepare and submit necessary documents for ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance. • Lead and manage a team of finance and compliance professionals to ensure smooth operations. • Act as a point of contact for compliance-related matters and escalations. • Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely implementation across the organization. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance status and financial health
