The account manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee all matters pertaining to customer accounts. Following customer onboarding, the account manager is in charge of documenting the client’s requirements, concerns, or other requests. Additionally, they are responsible for strengthening current consumer ties and establishing lasting alliances.
